Take time out to work on your self, create a positive vision for your future and become the best person you can be. We will explore vinyasa, yin & restorative yoga sequences, meditation practices, silent reflection, essential oils, crystals, journalling and visioning exercises to assist you to create positive energy in your life. A healthy lunch and snacks with be provided with time to walk in the surrounding bush or swim in the onsite pool.
ONE DAY RETREAT - May 4 2019
Take time out to explore ways to raise your vibration while balancing the chakras (centres of energy) as we combine the powerful practices of vinyasa & yin yoga, mantra & music, meditation, journalling and essential oils. These practices work to unblock our energy anatomy and allow us to awaken from the fog, and rise up into vibrancy.
MULTI DAY RETREAT - Oct 3-6 2019
This spring take an opportunity to harness the energy of the sun, create a positive vision for your future and become your best self. We will explore vinyasa, yin & restorative sequences, meditation practices and some optional adventure activities in neighbouring Mt Buffalo National Park (think abseiling, paddle-boarding and hiking with expert local guides) to assist you to create positive energy in your life.
