Take an opportunity to harness the energy of the sun, create a positive vision for your future and become your best self by stepping outside your comfort zone. We will explore vinyasa, yin & restorative yoga sequences, meditation practices, silent reflection, essential oils, crystals, journalling and visioning exercises to assist you to create positive energy in your life. A healthy lunch and snacks with be provided with time to walk in the surrounding bush or swim in the onsite pool.
