A weekend of transformation!

We are excited to announce the release of our schedule for our upcoming Alpine Spring Yoga Retreat, taking place Nov 3-6 2018.

These activities have been compiled to create a weekend of supported transformation, along with beautiful new connections, in a stunning part of the world we have the pleasure to call home: The Ovens Valley of Victoria.

We will practice daily yoga and meditation, paired with powerful intention setting, journalling, nutritious whole foods, essential oils,  adventure activities and more.

RETREAT SCHEDULE (TBC)

SATURDAY

2pm - Arrive and check in. Chai and snacks available.

3pm - Opening Circle in the Yoga Studio

3.30pm - Slow Flow Vinyasa Class (90 mins)

6pm - Dinner

7.30pm - Evening meditation and Journalling Workshop part 1

10pm - Bedtime

SUNDAY

5:40am - Wake Up Bell

6am - Meditation, Pranayama and Vinyasa Yoga class

7.30am - Breakfast

8.30am -Prepare for Mt Buffalo activities

9am - Bright Adventure Company pick up

10am - Abseiling or hiking at Mt Buffalo National Park

12:45pm - Arrival at Lake Catani, Mt Buffalo for picnic lunch

2.30pm - Arrive back at 215 Mt Buffalo Retreat for free time to swim, walk, journal, nap....

5pm - Restorative / Yin Yoga class with Essential Oils

7pm - Dinner

9pm - Evening meditation and reflection

10pm - Bedtime

MONDAY

5:40am - Wake Up Bell6am - Meditation, Pranayama and Vinyasa Yoga class

8am - Breakfast

9am - Walk - creating with nature

10am - Treatments or free time 12.30 -

2pm - Lunch (depending on treatment time)

3pm - Yin Yoga class

6pm - Dinner

8pm Evening meditation

10pm - Bedtime

TUESDAY

5:40am - Wake Up Bell

6am - Meditation, Pranayama and Vinyasa Yoga class

8am - Breakfast

9am - Journalling Workshop part 2 - Creating Change

10.30am - GEntle Yoga

11.30pm - Lunch

12.30pm -Closing Circle

1pm - Finish
