Known as a sure and safe way to stay supple and strong by stretching and bending, the practice of yoga can be life changing for the better. The use of yoga is known to help with sleep disorder by use of meditation, improves general wellbeing spiritually and physically.
In the classes you learn breathing technique which improves your relaxation and all the poses (asanas) help to build weight baring strength which is essential in later life. You are never too old to start learning yoga. Kylie tailors classes to suite all ages and will guide you through to enjoy every moment of the class.

Alpine Spring Yoga Retreat

This spring take an opportunity to harness the energy of the sun, create a positive vision for your future and become your best self by stepping outside your comfort zone. We will explore vinyasa, yin & restorative sequences, meditation practices and some optional adventure activities in neighbouring Mt Buffalo National Park (think abseiling, paddle-boarding and hiking with expert local guides) to assist you to create positive energy in your life.

Experience the divine union of yoga and essential oils in this 2 hour workshop of yoga, meditation, essential oils and pranayama. We will explore a sequence of Hatha yoga poses, both yin and yang styles, as we work with specific oils to help the body and mind move to a holistic state of being.

Come along Thursday evening Nov 30th for a relaxing, restoring practice that takes you on a journey of deeply nourishing, supported, minimal poses, long holds, moments of silences and stillness. Let yourself stop and hit the reset button. This practice leaves you feeling peacefully restored from head to toe, and nourished on every level.

We will explore oils that are great for emotional support in particular as we all live our lives on the roller coaster of emotions, we can look to these oils for a natural effective way to ease the ups and downs.

Our stunning private retreat location is set at the base of Mt Buffalo at the luxurious property of 215 Mt Buffalo Retreat. Surrounded in bushland, this property consists of one main house where all our meals and gatherings will mostly take place, one pool house (yes, there is a beautiful pool!) with 2 extra rooms, one on site yoga studio and one king suite.
