Open Your Hips

Deepen your yoga practice with this 2 hour workshop offering specific practices designed to open your hips. We will explore pranayama (breath work) and hip opening asana (poses) that are designed to create space in the hips, pelvis, groin, glutes, and hamstrings. This workshop is open to students who are looking to explore a broader range of hip opening poses with an opportunity to break down the poses and explore better alignment. Space is limited.

Cost: $35.00 pp (pre-booked online) or $40 on the day.
