Nourish Your Spine

Deepen your yoga practice with this 2 hour workshop offering focused time to work on nourishing your spine. We will explore pranayama (breath work) and back bending asanas (poses) that are designed to move the spine on every plane of motion. A guided workshop environment will encourage safe movement. This workshop is for students who would like to take their practice deeper and have a greater understanding of how beneficial back bending can be. Students will explore each pose with new perspective. There will be time for adjustment, repetition, questions and practice. Space is limited.

Cost: $35.00 pp (pre-booked online) or $40 on the day.
